February

On this page, you will find all the plans for the next month and the changes that took place during this month.

The future of our Plugins

We are currently transitioning to a new business model for our software, and soon, we will introduce new plans: Pro and Ultra.

Our goal is to provide more advanced content to everyone. However, relying solely on new potential customers for revenue while still scaling and meeting the expectations of customers that are looking for more is a significant challenge.

Until now, we had two main options: either we integrated new features directly into the plugin, which would increase its base price and make it less accessible for new customers, ultimately reducing our revenue, or we created multiple separate addons but it would make everything more expensive, complex, and harder to use for end users.

While this approach has somewhat worked so far, we are now entering a new chapter where we aim to offer solutions for all types of servers, whether you’re just starting out or already running a well-established server.

Additionally, we weren’t prioritizing features that larger servers often look for, such as Folia support, proxy support, extra animations, specialized features, and enhanced management tools. Our primary focus has always been on bug fixes and core features. The great news is that this is about to change as we are committed to delivering even more valuable content to our community.

As a part of this change:

  • We will not be mainly depending on addons that will bring new features to the plugin. Instead, everything will be included withing the appropriate plan.

  • We will continue providing lifetime support & bug fixes for the standard plan of all the plugins.

  • Current customers will be able to upgrade to a better plan when they feel ready.

  • No features will be removed from your existing plan. Everything currently included in the Standard plan will remain, with some additional features and QOL improvements.

  • Soon we will be providing a road map for every plugin so you can know which features are coming for each plan.

Changes

Support System

If you have already used our new support system recently, you may have noticed that we have done some changes and improvements. We have transitioned to a more advanced and efficient system, replacing the previous Discord Ticket System.

  • When you report a bug, you will receive live notification updates about its progress.

  • You will know when our dev team starts working on the issue and when its available in a build on our website.

  • You will get notified when there is a reply to your ticket.

We have been using this system for over a month now and bug fixes and support responses have been significantly faster than before!
