If only ops can access your crates, the conflict could arise from the "spawn-protection" setting in your "server.properties" file. To resolve this, set "spawn-protection" to 0. This will prevent interference, ensuring that all players can access the crates as intended. Also you should be using a common plugin that protects certain regions such as WorldGuard.
Allowing a dynamic resource pack handler to manage Model Engine models is crucial if you're using one such as ItemsAdder and Oraxen. Please be aware that if you run into any problems, it's not because of our crates plugin. The models are controlled by Model Engine and ItemsAdder/Oraxen, and we have no influence over them. Verify that your resource pack handler does not unintentionally combine your custom assets and the Model Engine resource pack. Make sure your contents folder in ItemsAdder, for instance, doesn't contain any files connected to Model Engine.
When this happens, it means that the custom model data that Model Engine prepares are not synchronized with the resource pack models.
